My name is Murphy Karges, and I’m a musician, bass player, songwriter and author. I’ve played in bands since I was 15, and I’ve played everything from dive bars to stadiums, rocked everywhere from backyard BBQ’s to swanky corporate retreats, radio festivals, empty clubs, TV and Hollywood films. 

Songs I co-wrote helped Sugar Ray sell over 10 million albums during the decade we were touring and recording for Atlantic Records.

I love playing bass, and want to share how fun it can be with others.
